Retail Ops - City Manager

Relevant Experience: 2+ years

Urgency: Immediate 



Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Revenue Generation:
  • Driving revenue generation as per the brands and market potential and ensuring that the targets are achieved on month to month basis Control Pickfail SLA: Ensuring that the pickfail SLA's are controlled.
  • Also having a regular check and suggesting changes in the sourcing logics depending on the performance and constraints if any


  • Store Onboarding & Trainings:
  • Ensuring 100% active stores are onboard in the region and discussions with the brand team.
  • Ensuring a proper training programme is designed for CRT and post that in-store training is also conducted.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Liaising with various functions within the organisation to ensure utmost customer satisfaction by consistently improving the SLA & service standards.
  • Ensuring there are no delays due to dependency on any other function within the organisation


  • Customer Orientation:
  • Ensuring goals are set considering the customer is always kept first and utmost priority is given to solve the purpose of business growth and customer service
  • New Initiatives: Designing a new process or project or action by going extra mile to bring in positive implications on the business or processes


  • Retail Experience:
  • Need to have handled store operations and knowledge about retail industry


  • Training Skills:
  • Must communicate information clearly and facilitate learning to diverse audiences.
  • They also must be able to effectively convey instructions to their audiences so that processes are understood and followed
  • Account Management: Must have the ability to manage various accounts for the assigned region so that customer experience is enhanced and business is upscaled.


  • Analytical Skills:
  • Must have the ability to collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and make decisions as per the business needs

  • Understand and empathizes with Retail and its pain points
  • Comes with 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience Has demonstrated ability of having handled
  • Retail Operations, in a B2B organization preferably
  • Brings demonstrated systems and process thinking capabilities
  • Analytics skills, communication skills
  • The ability to work across geographies and cultures
